Osteopathy & Sports Therapy

Our Osteopaths and Sports Therapists aim to maintain the function of your body using a variety of techniques such as massage, stretching, acupuncture, mobilisation, manipulation (clicking of joints) and exercises.

Your body is designed to move and function in a certain way, and the way you use your body can cause it to adapt and compensate. This may cause imbalances to the way you move and function, leading to aches, pain and stiffness.

By maintaining the body’s capacity to function at its best, it enables your body to move with more ease, heal quicker, and adapt to different stresses and strains easier.

we treat a variety of patients of all ages, from elite athletes competing internationally to desk based inactive people, recreational exercises and gym users, or patients in their later years just wanting to enjoy their retirement.
