Excel Therapy Mapperley is set within Mapperley Sports Village, a dedicated sports ground adjacent to local Wells Academy. The site serves as a prominent community sports centre and is the training headquarters for the Nottingham Hoods Basketball team. It features a large multi-sport indoor sports hall, fitness facilities, and outdoor football pitches as well as our dedicated treatment room.
Accessibility: Situated just Woodborough Road, you travel along Ransom Road on to Ransom drive, taking the second left into the facility. Free parking is available on site. It is roughly a 10-minute drive from Nottingham city centre and is well-served by local Nottingham City Transport bus routes running through Mapperley and St Ann’s.

The facility maintains the character of the grade 1 listed building it is in whilst providing a private, professional clinical space which contains a small gym for rehabilitation and multiple treatment rooms to accommodate our services, as well as a spacious and welcoming waiting area.
Accessibility: The location is within walking distance of Old Market Square and Nottingham Railway Station. It is also easily accessible by Nottingham Express Transit (NET) tram routes, with nearby stops at Lace Market and Fletcher Gate. Multi-storey public parking is available nearby at the Fletcher Gate, Stoney Street and Broadmarsh car parks, with on street pay and display parking available in the surrounding area.
